Creates a new talent pool for the authenticated company.

Arguments

name (string, as body parameter) : The name of the talent pool.

Example: "Software Developer Talents"

Returns

201 Created : A success response indicating the talent pool was created successfully.

Returns a JSON object with the details of the created talent pool, including its ID, name, and creation metadata.
